Responsibilities
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and documents are delivered with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and proactively anticipate the needs of management.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality across all forms of communication and documentation.
  • Stay available when needed, including outside standard working hours.
  • Support a wide range of duties, from routine clerical tasks to complex project coordination.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
