Responsibilities
- Ensure all administrative tasks and documents are delivered with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and proactively anticipate the needs of management.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Uphold strict confidentiality across all forms of communication and documentation.
- Stay available when needed, including outside standard working hours.
- Support a wide range of duties, from routine clerical tasks to complex project coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical work standards.
Work Schedule & Benefits

- Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday – Off
