About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in the legal sector. The candidate must possess an understanding of relevant laws and regulations, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve assisting with legal documentation, contract management, and providing general administrative support to the legal department in the UAE office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and corporate resolutions.
  • Support the legal team with contract lifecycle management, including tracking execution, renewals, and terminations.
  • Assisting in governance related matters, including drafting board resolutions, managing corporate records, and ensuring compliance with company bylaws.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements along with providing support in relation to regulatory filings.
  • Maintain legal files, databases, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as required.
  • Monitor and track changes in local laws and regulations that may impact the business.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of legal experience in the UAE
  • Solid understanding of the UAE laws and regulatory landscape.
  • Familiarity with contract management software or legal tech tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
