Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GCC with a supervisory role in the Readymix Industry.
• Strong knowledge of ReadyMix Concrete (RMX) production operations.
• A valid UAE Driver's License is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, safety and quality standards are met.
• Lead and develop production teams ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
• Manage QA & QC processes minimizing rework and reject rates.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime.
