Job Title: Lead Development Representative (Sales Development Representative – SDR)

Location: Dubai, UAE (In office role)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Lead Development Representative (SDR) to join our Trimble Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities within the region. You will play a key role in the top of the sales funnel, working closely with regional sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools, databases, and industry events.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule meetings product demos for sales executives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (civil engineering is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in B2B technology or SaaS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Experience in construction technology, or industrial solutions sectors.
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East region.
