This is an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate your culinary artistry in preparing authentic Khaleeji cuisine for distinguished guests.

As a Khaleeji Cook you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional dishes ensuring the highest standards of taste and presentation. You will work within a dynamic kitchen team to create outstanding culinary experiences for the royal family and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Khaleeji dishes including popular appetizers main courses and desserts.
• Design and curate menus that reflect the preferences and traditions of Khaleeji cuisine.
• Source and select fresh high-quality ingredients necessary for the preparation of dishes.
• Maintain an organized and sanitary kitchen environment in adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operational flow.
• Provide innovative ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times while working in a royal setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Khaleeji Cook or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
