Overview

Edison Smart is partnered with a company looking for a hands-on IT Manager / Lead to oversee SaaS tools, office infrastructure, compliance and interim cybersecurity. You’ll ensure our IT is secure, reliable, and audit-ready while supporting a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS, device, and office IT operations
• Manage networking, connectivity, and security
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and process automation
• Oversee compliance (ISO 27001/ITIL) and security policies
• Advise on budgets, vendors, and cost savings
• Support/helpdesk, mentor junior staff, and report KPIs

Qualifications

• Proven IT Manager/Lead or Senior Admin experience
• Strong SaaS, networking, and device management skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
• Experience automating IT processes
• Clear communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical teams
