Job summary

A leading technology firm in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager. The role requires overseeing the planning and execution of infrastructure projects within the banking and financial sectors. Ideal candidates will have 15 years' IT experience, including 6 in project management, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Strong stakeholder and resource management skills are essential. This role is contract-based for 9 months.

Qualifications

• 15 years of overall experience in IT with at least 6 years in project management.
• 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Exposure to banking and financial operations is advantageous.

• Ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project support.

Mandatory skills

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in creating reports using O365 tools like Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Exposure to Project management tools like MS Project
• Experience in Creating Project Plans Project Stakeholder Management maintaining Project documents

Desired Skills

• Working Knowledge and Exposure to banking and financial operations preferred. Exposure to IT Infrastructure Projects preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Ensure assigned infrastructure projects are meticulously planned executed and delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including department heads and essential employees to secure their support and buy-in for infrastructure projects.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage resources including personnel equipment and budget to optimize project performance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them minimizing project disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
