We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk – UAE National, reporting directly to the Head of the Department, to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the role :

As an IT Help Desk team member, you will be the first point of contact for technical support within the organization. Your responsibilities include assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction. This role is vital for the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.

From day one, you will work closely with IT professionals and end-users, gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Respond to user inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or in person
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  3. Log and track support requests using the IT ticketing system

About you :
