Job Summary

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and executing interior design projects from concept to completion while coordinating with clients project teams and vendors to ensure quality timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets and timelines
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts and space planning
• Prepare 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and coordinate 3D visuals
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures
• Prepare BOQs and assist in cost estimation
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams during execution
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented accurately
• Resolve design-related issues during execution
• Assist in final handover and snag-list closure

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 25 years of experience in interior contracting projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, MS Office
• Knowledge of materials, finishes and execution methods
• Strong communication and presentation skills
