Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company seeking a passionate and creative Interior Design/Architecture Graduate (Nationalization) to join our clients dynamic design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects. You will be instrumental in the conceptualization and visualization phases taking ownership of creating design concepts developing detailed mockups and producing presentations that bring our clients visions to life. You will work under the guidance of senior designers on a diverse portfolio of residential commercial and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conceptualization: Collaborate with the design team to generate creative and functional interior design concepts that meet client briefs, budgets and project requirements.
• Mockup & 3D Visualization Development: Create high-quality 2D layouts, 3D models and photorealistic renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Enscape.
• Material & FF&E Sourcing: Research and select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) that align with the design concept, sustainability goals and local availability.
• Client Presentations: Prepare compelling and professional presentation boards, mood boards and material samples to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Technical Drawing Support: Assist in the production of detailed floor plans, elevations and construction drawings ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Site Visits: Participate in site visits to understand spatial constraints, conduct surveys and ensure design feasibility.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials and technologies in interior design and architecture within the UAE and globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Any relevant internships or employment experience are a plus.
• Proficiency in design software is essential: AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, color and detail.
• Strong conceptual and spatial thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
