Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
  • Monitor lead pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for sales staff.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to align customer requirements.
