Role Summary
The Infrastructure Segment Leader is responsible for driving strategic growth, and leading C-level engagement across the Transportation and Power & Grid segments in the Gulf region. This role is central to shaping the infrastructure strategy, building long‑term customer partnerships, and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Segment Leadership
- Define and execute the infrastructure segment strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory developments in transportation and energy infrastructure.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation across infrastructure projects.
Key Account Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value infrastructure accounts, ensuring long‑term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives, milestones, and value delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and tailored solutions.
C-Level Engagement & Influence
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, government stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
- Lead executive‑level discussions, strategic reviews, and joint planning sessions to align on infrastructure priorities.
- Influence investment decisions by presenting compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and sustainability impact.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams to drive pipeline development, opportunity conversion, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and delivery teams to co‑create customer‑centric solutions.
- Support bid strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations for major infrastructure projects.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor segment performance, account health, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, transportation, or energy segments, with a strong focus on strategic account management.
- Proven success in engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders and public sector entities.
- Deep understanding of GCC infrastructure markets, public‑private partnerships, and regional dynamics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
