The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the Middle East. Jitendra Consulting Group – Headquarter in Dubai is a reputed and leading multi-lingual & rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as company formation, Auditing, Business Advisory Services, VAT, and other Compliance services.

HR/Administrative Assistant is responsible for the recruitments ( writing job descriptions, putting placement advertisements, shortlisting CVS, etc) and providing administrative support involving a wide range of activities within the HR department, clerical activities by assisting with the payroll processes, organizing & filing personnel records, updating databases, creating and distributing documents, reviewing and entering employee information in the HR system/database, assist in recruiting, screening and hiring new employees.

Job Responsibilities: Administrative HR Support
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Management of Recruitment and Onboarding and Offboarding process.
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying & screening candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Gathering information on new applicants and following up with successful candidates and conducting the onboarding and off-boarding of employees.
  • Gathering and maintaining updated documentation and database with all the employees’ information and changes (salary, benefits, attendance, leave records, grievances, etc.).
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records, and safekeeping of company documents and assist with the performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Collaborate with the PRO and assist in processing visas for new employees and renewal for current employees.
  • Booking airline and hotel for workers, liaising with employees and management to provide conflict resolution.
  • Ensuring all the HR-related forms are completed by the employee (new staff & staff applied for leave).
  • Assist in the processes of the End of Service reports/requirements/calculations of off-boarding employees.

Required to oversee all administrative, clerical activities and reliever in reception on an occasional basis.

MIS & Reporting
  • Monitor and review MIS reports for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive list of all reports and control sheets.
  • Ensure effective tracking and follow-up of key HR metrics (attendance, leave balances, recruitment status, payroll updates, etc.).
  • Provide periodic updates to management and highlight areas requiring attention.

  • Educational / Professional Qualifications / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
