What we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations and contribute to a smooth employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, eager to learn and enthusiastic about developing their HR career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full recruitment cycle from posting job ads, screening applicants and coordinating interviews with senior management
  • Maintain and update internal CV database to ensure accurate candidate tracking
  • Prepare recruitment reports for senior management as required
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support performance review procedures
  • Assist with HR-related reports, attendance tracking, and staff updates
  • Prepare HR documents such as policies, contracts, letters and reports
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE employment laws
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong proficiency in English is required (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience recruiting within the IT / Software Development sector
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism
