The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent across the organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce. The HR Manager works closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work culture. In addition to strategic planning, the HR Manager ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, resolves workplace conflicts, and drives employee engagement and professional growth initiatives.
