Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with 5 years in executive HR and 5 years of international HR.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all staff levels.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor law.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR Relationship Manager for hotel clients.
• Conduct regular reviews on HR Executive outputs.
• Audit HR processes periodically for accuracy.
