Qualifications

• Prior experience in an HR coordinator or generalist role in the UAE.
• Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organization and execution skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Support a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Coordinate with external PRO for visa and regulatory documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of MOHRE, visa processes, and UAE labor regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and administrative skills
