Job Purpose

The HR & Compliance Director at Shiro Estate will play a critical role in shaping and sustaining the company’s people strategy, culture, and compliance framework. This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour laws and industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent
  • Lead and implement engaging onboarding programs for new team members
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on performance management and development
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring professionalism, fairness, and full compliance with UAE labour laws
  • Organize and lead team-building initiatives, wellness programs, and company-wide events
  • Create and maintain internal HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people and organizational matters

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, Real estate experience is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law and regulatory compliance
  • Experienced, innovative, and people-focused
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
