Job Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent IT and communication skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
  • The role requires multitasking, coordination with different departments / agencies, and flexibility to work extended hours when required.
  • Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Manage recruitment coordination, including liaising with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback to candidates / agencies.
  • Assist in sourcing profiles from job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies.
  • Ensure compliance documentation and employee files are complete and up to date.
  • Prepare reports, HR analytics, and maintain accurate Excel trackers.
