• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel procurement leadership role with a five star hotel.
• Experience in a resort is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate operating forecasts into material requirements plans.
• Participate in negotiations for service contracts.
• Identify and develop reliable sources of supply.
• Ensure hotel expenses are minimized through effective purchasing.
• Direct day-to-day purchasing activities and manage staff.
