The Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel spaces contribute to a great guest experience.
Success in this role requires ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and must perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively is essential to provide excellent service to our guests and support our business goals.
