• Lead corporate development initiatives including market entry strategies and partnerships.
• Oversee transformation projects and act as PMO for high-complexity programmes.
• Identify and integrate inorganic growth opportunities (M&A JVs) and strategic investments.
• Drive innovation in healthcare provision and digital capabilities.
• Analyse market trends regulatory changes and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Manage budgets and hold accountability for financial and operational targets.
• Act as a communication bridge between Bupa Global and Middle East leadership teams.
