A leading global law firm in the UAE is seeking a legal advisor to join their team advising on technology-related transactions. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of PQE, experience in M&A and venture capital, and strong negotiation skills. The role offers a supportive and inclusive work environment with flexible hybrid working options.
This is your chance to join a top global team advising technology clients on cross border transactional matters including M&A (public and private), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work. You will be part of a busy and diverse team spanning 7 offices across the Middle East working on transactions across the MENA region. As a full service firm in the Middle East, your role will also include working closely with our other award winning practices areas on a broad range of matters.
We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates who have between 3 and 6 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
