Role Overview

The Head of Partnerships will lead the company’s partnerships and IB network strategy across the MENA region. This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic alliances, regional sales teams, and high‑performing partner structures. The role requires a commercially minded leader with strong understanding of retail FX and multi‑asset brokerage, regional market dynamics, and the ability to manage teams and partner portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the partnerships and IB growth strategy across MENA region.
  • Lead regional business development teams to achieve revenue, deposit, and volume targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high‑value IBs and strategic partners, ensuring long‑term engagement and performance.
  • Build and manage multi‑market sales structures, implementing scalable processes for acquisition and partner success.
  • Work with the Partners teams in other key regions to collaborate and coordinate the partners offering globally.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing and compliance teams to develop tailored campaigns and commercial offerings for key regions.
  • Provide detailed revenue analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and regional regulations.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and exhibitions to strengthen global presence.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in FX, CFDs, or multi‑asset brokerage, with focus on partnerships and IB management.
  • Proven success in scaling regional and global partnership networks and achieving measurable growth.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of MENA markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to design and optimize partner models and rebate structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Based in the UAE, flexible for regional travel.
