We are seeking a senior commercial leader to serve as Head of Brand Sponsorship, Partnerships & Commercial Development. This is a freelance, full-time, remote role open globally but operating on UK business hours. You will report directly to the Founders and work closely with PR, marketing, operations, and strategic teams to convert brand influence into sustainable, high-value commercial growth.

Summary

You will lead the development and execution of the brand’s global commercial strategy. This includes sponsorships, licensing, premium experiences, events, digital partnerships, and new monetisation models. Your work will expand the brand’s global commercial footprint and safeguard long-term brand value.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Monetisation & Growth

  • Develop and implement a global commercial roadmap across events, digital channels, licensing, and experiences
  • Create innovative monetisation models leveraging brand equity and IP

Sponsorships & Partnerships

  • Build premium sponsorship packages for podcasts, live events, summits, and media
  • Negotiate and secure brand-aligned partnerships with corporate and wellness partners
  • Manage partnership fulfilment and ROI tracking

Brand Licensing

  • Identify and negotiate global licensing opportunities across wellness, lifestyle, education, and media
  • Develop royalty structures, commercial frameworks, and compliance processes
  • Maintain and protect brand integrity in all agreements

Publicity & High-Profile Engagements

  • Collaborate with PR teams to secure speaking engagements, media appearances, and corporate collaborations
  • Monetise visibility through paid engagements and integrated partnerships

High-End Masterminds & Experiences

  • Design and deliver premium masterminds, private retreats, and VIP experiences
  • Curate venues, sponsors, and partners to ensure premium quality
  • Create scalable event frameworks with high-margin potential

Commercial Innovation

  • Explore growth opportunities in AI wellness, digital communities, and product partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, legal, and operations to ensure alignment
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Minimum 7 years in brand partnerships, commercial strategy, or licensing
  • Proven results in sponsorship sales, deal-making, and brand monetisation
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at C-suite and celebrity level
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
  • Deep understanding of global PR, media value creation, and event positioning
  • Experience managing or producing premium events, masterminds, or experiences
