Job description

A minimum of 7 years in Real Estate Marketing and 5 years in a managerial role is mandatory

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Group Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing strategies across multiple business units within the Group. This leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the brand identity, digital presence, and market positioning for the following key verticals: Mulk Properties ,Alu bond USA ,Unicube and Aayue Ecommerce Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute group-wide marketing and branding strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness and lead generation for Mulk Properties and Unicube Modular Homes through traditional, digital, and experiential campaigns.
  • Oversee the product positioning and promotional roadmap for ACP manufacturing, aligning with global market trends and B2B sales cycles.
  • Lead the marketing expansion and user acquisition strategies for e-Aayue, our digital marketplace.
  • Manage marketing budgets, media planning, and agency relationships across all brands.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a real-estate leadership role.
  • Must have Proven expertise in real estate marketing, e-commerce, and industrial/B2B branding.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, market segmentation, and customer engagement.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • While this is a leadership role, a high level of individual contribution is expected
