Job description

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our retail food brand’s visual communication and marketing needs. The ideal candidate will create appealing, food-focused designs that elevate brand identity, enhance customer experience, and support product visibility across stores, packaging, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create eye-catching, brand-aligned graphics for signage, in-store displays, promotional posters, and packaging.
  • Design visual merchandising elements such as wall graphics, price tags, menu boards, stickers, and counter displays.
  • Adapt designs for multiple store formats and layouts.
  • Work closely with retail operations to provide installation guidelines and quality checks.
  • Develop social media content, digital ads, and campaign visuals to promote food offerings and retail promotions.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints—stores, kiosks, packaging, digital, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas for product launches and promotions.
  • Design packaging for food products, including labels, pouches, boxes, and sleeves.
  • Create mockups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
  • Ensure print-ready artwork, accurate packaging specs, and alignment with production requirements.
  • Coordinate with printers and packaging suppliers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure design outputs meet brand objectives.
  • Manage communication with external vendors including printers and packaging suppliers.
  • Present design concepts, iterations, and final outputs for feedback and approval.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer (preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer goods).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of food branding, color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Experience with packaging design and print production (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in retail, food, or lifestyle brands.
