A leading IT support provider in Sharjah is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to enhance their Global IT Team. The role focuses on providing day-time support to staff and implementing enhancements across key systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. Candidates should have a degree in IT-related disciplines and at least 5 years of experience in supporting CRMs, ERPs, and business analytics tools like SQL and Power BI. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role and fluency in English is required, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in IT within Professional Services or Managed Service Provider.
• Supporting and enhancing CRMs, ERPs, and other business systems.
• Business analytics expertise with SQL and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support key systems, including Business Central, Xero, and HubSpot.
• Translate business requirements into IT specifications.
• Maintain support and job boards; manage ticketing and tasks.
• Collaborate with IT Team to deliver software changes.
• Train users on business systems and provide ongoing support.
