What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories from concept to delivery; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production.
• Identify and Resolve Defects: Diagnose issues using root‑cause analysis, address underlying problems (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through strategic testing.
• Elevate Code Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to confirm clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from taking root.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or elaborate backend systems as ends in themselves.
• Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem.
• Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with stakeholders.
• Simply delivering features; your responsibility extends to solving genuine problems.

Basic Requirements

Employment Details

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
