Job description
Finance Business Partner - Abu Dhabi - UAEN

Provide strategic advice to the management on all financial matters and provide timely recommendations following leading practices and sound financial information. Participate in influencing on business decisions to ensure that immediate and long-term implications, opportunities and risks are fully considered, and alignment with the overall business plans.

Financial Control
  • Implement efficient and effective management of financials of allocated sector/department through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes.
  • Maintain a robust control and governance environment in line with regulatory requirements and consistent with the company internal policies, ensuring statutory compliances of all systems, processes & accounting practices.
  • Maintain administration of the approved accounting practices to ensure that financial statements and reports accurately reflect the status of the relevant accounts and provide reliable information.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and analyze all financial reports for allocates sector/department, including income statements, balance sheet and cash flow statements in accordance with financial accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with payroll, purchase, accounts receivable, payable, ledgers and reporting systems on a regular basis and ensure compliance with required accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all accounting treatments are compliant with International Finance Reporting Standards and International Accounting Standards. Ensure timely preparation of periodic and yearly financial statements as per statutory accounting regulations.
Liquidity Management
  • Implement tools and systems to provide critical financial decisions and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations to ensure healthy cash flow for allocated sector.
  • Participate in ensure the funding of investment requirements are timely processed and met.
Qualification and Experience requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Professional Accreditations: CA, ACCA or CPA is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Language: Full professional English proficiency both in speaking and writing; Arabic desirable.
  • Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • Administrative skills and attention to details.
  • Analytical, negotiation, problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner.
