Ideal applicants should hold a high school diploma, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a valid UAE driving license. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Ramp Agent.
• Possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.
• Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.
• Ensure timely positioning of aircraft for departures and arrivals.

Description

As Ramp agent you will be responsible for tasks such as performing aircraft towing and push- backs. Loading and unloading freight, delivering luggage to passengers, and servicing the aircraft as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.
• Perform aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.
• Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.
• Accident and incident reporting.
• Liaise with Senior CSA to determine details and flight requirements.
• Serviceability reporting and recording of ramp equipment.
• Ensuring efficient, effective and hygien तथा methods of sanitary removal and sanitary services.
• Check,_flashdata at the commencement of the shift, that all ground equipment used in the movement of aircraft is available and serviceable.
• Ensure aircraft are positioned on time and safely for departures and arrivals.
• Monitor all tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures daily.

• Assist Senior Ramp Agent where needed with setup and arrangements.
• Ensure that aircraft movements and details are reported effectively.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external; regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
