Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of farm equipment at the Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. In this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring that all agricultural machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards to support the palaces sustainable farming operations. You will lead a skilled maintenance team and coordinate all maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of agricultural machinery and farm equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform necessary repairs or facilitate external repairs when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with farm management to align maintenance strategies with operational goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in farm or agricultural equipment maintenance with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of various types of farm machinery and equipment operations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues with agricultural machinery.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Must have experience handling the following but not limited to:

Benefits
