Position: Facilities Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary Range: AED 10000 to 20000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of eight buildings within our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated on‑site team of 12 staff members ensuring smooth coordination with subcontractors and maintaining high standards of safety compliance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations across eight buildings.
• Lead supervise and motivate a team of 12 on‑site staff.
• Manage relationships and contracts with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations health & safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor building maintenance security cleaning and repair works.
• Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations reporting on cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and improvements.
• Handle emergency situations effectively and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar leadership role within property/facilities management.
• Ability to manage multiple buildings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of working with Contractors and Subcontractors and getting work done within timelines.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a hands‑on approach to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing facilities in the UAE.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing security systems).
• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu (to effectively communicate with staff and subcontractors).
