OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting, and returning food and beverage items to proper areas.
• Practice clean-as-you-go procedures to keep work areas tidy throughout the day.
• Communicate any special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and requests to the kitchen.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
• Clear and clean tables as needed to ensure a pleasant dining environment.
• Follow proper procedures for serving alcohol, including TIPs and CARE protocols.
• Greet guests upon departure, invite them to return, and wish them well.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Closing duties include storing reusable items, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises. For beverage service, inspect the presentation of china, glass, and silverware. Handle transactions accurately in the MICROS system, process payments according to policies, and manage cash securely. Follow steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction, including checking on guests and communicating with the kitchen.
