Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven account management experience in the exhibitions/events/experiential marketing industry.

  • Preferably European nationals or Arabic speakers with exhibitions/events experience.

About the Role

Aspire Middle East is hiring an Exhibition Account Manager for a leading creative events & exhibitions agency based in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2B account management and client servicing experience in the exhibitions and experiential marketing industry.

As an Exhibition Account Manager, you will be the key contact for clients, building long-term relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of exhibition projects across the UAE & GCC.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client accounts for exhibition projects in Dubai and across the GCC.
  • Lead on client servicing, account growth, and business development within the exhibitions industry.
  • Prepare and manage RFPs, proposals, budgeting, and pitch presentations.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to deliver client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on UAE exhibition regulations, licensing, and venue requirements.
  • Represent the agency at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to strengthen client relationships.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven account management experience in the exhibitions / events / experiential marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and account growth targets.
  • Strong networking skills and established relationships within the UAE & GCC exhibitions market.
  • Experience handling RFPs, proposals, and client pitch decks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, client databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferably European nationals or Arabic speakers with exhibitions/events experience.
