A leading trading company in Dubai is seeking a proactive and bilingual Executive Coordinator to support the Chairman and senior management. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills, along with proficiency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a Business Support role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic skills are mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and bilingual Executive Coordinator to work directly with the Chairman and senior management team. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business operations across multiple countries.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and business trips locally & internationally.

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and external stakeholders.

  • Manage business correspondence, presentations, and reports in English & Arabic.

  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and follow-up on pending matters.

  • Arrange travel logistics, visas, hotel bookings, and transportation.

  • Handle problem-solving tasks and provide timely solutions for operational challenges.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business dealings.

  • Support the Chairman in decision-making through research and information gathering.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

  • Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic (mandatory).

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Business Support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to travel when required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
