Overview
We are looking for a proactive and bilingual Executive Coordinator to work directly with the Chairman and senior management team. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business operations across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and business trips locally & internationally.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and external stakeholders.
- Manage business correspondence, presentations, and reports in English & Arabic.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and follow-up on pending matters.
- Arrange travel logistics, visas, hotel bookings, and transportation.
- Handle problem-solving tasks and provide timely solutions for operational challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Support the Chairman in decision-making through research and information gathering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Business Support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
