Executive Chef vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. This is a full-time position with potential for growth and advancement. Salary: 1400 AED/month.

Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Good knowledge of various food cultures and different types of cuisine
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude and motivate the kitchen staff
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal communication skills in English or Arabic
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
  • Plan orders of ingredients according to identified shortages/surpluses in stock levels
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff (e.g. hiring new staff, scheduling shifts)
  • Establish portion sizes and prepare all menu items according to set recipes
  • Monitor food stock levels and place orders as necessary
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is well maintained and safe for use
  • Oversee the quality of dishes before they are served
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve recipes or create new ones
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations within the kitchen area
