We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent leadership and communication skills, and must have a passion for creating unique, delicious dishes.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen staff and managing all daily operations. This includes ensuring all food is prepared properly and efficiently according to recipes, managing inventory and supplies, training team members on proper cooking techniques, and setting standards for food presentation. You will also be responsible for developing new menus and dishes that align with our restaurant’s vision.

The successful candidate should have a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant setting. Additionally, you should be familiar with current culinary trends in the region and have extensive knowledge of food safety regulations. We are open to considering foreign applicants so fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
