Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of EA experience in a secretarial field, preferably in Big 4 firms or global companies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level support to a small group of Partners and Executives.
  • Organize and manage comprehensive diaries, travel, and accommodation.
  • Prepare expense claims and timesheets weekly.
  • Screening emails, responding and following up as needed.
  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, and reports.
  • Coordinate client events internally and externally as required.
