Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Salary : 12,500 AED per month + 40% performance-based bonus + commission.

We are a fast-growing proptech startup revolutionizing how people experience real estate in the UAE. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder with daily operations, decision-making, and event management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and travel.
  • Coordinate high-impact events — from identifying outstanding venues to managing guest lists, vendors, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges before they arise.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs, and assist in problem-solving across projects.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
  • Drive special projects and ensure follow-through on strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Executive Assistant, Operations, Events, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience organizing and executing professional events.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new tools.
  • Startup or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
