Job Purpose
The AkzoNobel Emirati Graduate Trainee program is designed to give Emirati graduate trainees the opportunity to rapidly develop within the organization. The graduate program provides the trainees a 1.5 year on-the-job training across diverse assignments in different areas : Sales, Marketing, Customer Services. At the end of the graduate trainee program, based on readiness and performance, job holder will be assigned a final role in discussion with the hiring manager and inline with business needs and recruitment plans.
