Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to manage electrical maintenance for existing facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems and components within the facility. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and international standards to maintain uninterrupted functionality of lighting, power distribution, and control systems.

What You’ll Drive
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems across existing facilities.
  • Ensure safe, continuous, and efficient operation of LV electrical systems, switchgear, lighting, and control systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime and operational impact.
  • Ensure full compliance with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and international standards.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize power distribution and lighting control systems.
  • Support inspections, audits, and authority approvals related to electrical installations.
  • Coordinate with facility management teams, contractors, and service providers.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LV systems, switchgear, PLCs, and lighting control systems.
  • Proven experience in Facility Management or a similar maintenance-focused environment.

  • Willingness to work night shifts or weekends for scheduled maintenance activities is mandatory.
