ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Presales Consultant.

As a Dynamics 365 Presales Consultant, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, pitching the company's products as suitable solutions, observing customer behavior, and predicting future product development needs.
About you
- 8-15 years of experience working with sales teams to achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and sales to existing customers.
- Solution Knowledge: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with minimum 5 years of implementation/presales experience in D365 Cloud Platform. MB310/330/700.
- Preferred Education: B.E., B.Tech, MBA, or relevant certifications (CA/CFA/CPA).
- Good presentation and English communication skills.
- Experience in translating customer requirements, providing solutions, preparing documents/proposals, estimating efforts, and planning projects.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor.
- Travel is mandatory — US-B1 (existing); Schengen (C) - required.
What you need to do
- Product Positioning: Decide which product to position in each account based on industry segments, functionality requirements, and budgets to meet customer needs and win sales.
- Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concept: Present products convincingly to build customer confidence, showcase consulting strength, and provide real-life solutions during demonstrations.
- Product Expertise and Updates: Continuously learn about new modules, versions, enhancements, case studies, and vendor updates.
- Product Mix in Sales: Balance time and effort across solutions to ensure relevant positioning for prospects.
- Effort Estimation (with Team Consultation): Prepare proposals including licenses, implementation services, and support, supported by detailed project plans.
- Project Plans: Develop initial project plans and workshop schedules until handover to Project Consultant.
- Requests for Proposals: Assist sales in responding to RFPs, focusing on scope, methodology, and estimates.
- Project Handover: Conduct handover meetings covering project scope, contract details, customer plans, and team profiles.
- Project Transition: Ensure smooth transition to the Project Team, including readiness assessments and initial workshops.
- Project Scope Reviews: Participate in review meetings and discussions on scope changes.
- Change Requests and Additional Requirements: Work with the team post-implementation to identify and propose additional work for revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Escalations: Assist in handling escalations related to presales activities.
