• 5+ years of hands-on HR administration and payroll experience.
• Expertise in UAE labor law (Mainland, DIFC, JAFZA).
• Proven recruitment coordination and EOR management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts and visas.
• Oversee internal payroll coordination for UAE entities.
• Serve as the main HR contact for the Employer of Record provider.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and middle-management roles.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
