About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Dry Cleaner to join our Laundryteam at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Operate and maintain dry cleaning machinery and equipment, including dry cleaning machines, pressing equipment, and stain removal tools, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning processes.

Handle guests’ garments with care, applying appropriate dry‑cleaning techniques and treatments to ensure high‑quality results and preservation of garment fabrics and colors.

Identify and treat stains or spots on garments using specialized cleaning agents and techniques, ensuring that stains are removed effectively without damaging the fabric.

Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure they meet the hotel’s quality standards, checking for any damage, imperfections, or missed spots that require attention.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ special requests, inquiries, and concerns related to their dry‑cleaning needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Manage inventory of dry‑cleaning supplies, including solvents, detergents, and other cleaning agents, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
