Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and driving commercial performance.
• Strong leadership experience managing category teams.
• Excellent understanding of pricing and promotion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Category Managers across a commercial division.
• Own the P&L performance managing a portfolio exceeding 100M annually.
• Set strategic direction for assortment pricing.
