Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, including brand, digital, media, and events.
• Strong background in leisure, hospitality, theme parks, retail, or lifestyle entertainment.
• Proven leadership at corporate or group level, managing teams and agencies.
• Business-oriented and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all brand touchpoints and ensure consistency across physical and digital channels.
• Manage and optimize 360° campaigns: digital, media buying, influencer marketing, traditional media.
• Supervise content creation, asset production, and campaign performance tracking.
