Overview

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4 years in e-commerce marketing and lead generation. The role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads, WhatsApp conversion campaigns, global advertising, and multi-platform marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads, drive sales, and scale our online presence across different markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation and WhatsApp conversions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and online sales.
  • Launch and optimize global advertising campaigns across multiple countries and regions.
  • Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and A/B testing for performance improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with regional policies, cultural preferences, and platform guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new advertising tools/features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and WhatsApp conversion campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in managing global/multi-country campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
