Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of digital CX projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Optimize digital channels (websites mobile apps and social media) for usability accessibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate new technologies that improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital CX initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide recommendations to continuously improve digital customer experiences.
  • Develop self‑service solutions and FAQs to enhance customer support.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital customer experience.
Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
