Overview

As a Data Reporting Architect II you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality dashboards that drive business impact. Working closely with business stakeholders and the data team you’ll not only build dashboards (primarily in Tableau with some exposure to Looker) but also guide and influence teams on best practices in reporting storytelling and visualization. This role goes beyond dashboard creation its about delivering actionable insights ensuring reporting quality and enabling teams to make better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards that deliver clear actionable insights.
• Lead end-to-end dashboard creation for specific business requests including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting efficiency and optimization.
• Contribute to team OKRs and reporting-related initiatives.
• Monitor Tableau Server usage and ensure smooth performance.
• Respond to daily user inquiries and manage user access requests.
• Support dashboard owners with Tableau-related queries.
• Provide guidance to other team members on dashboard best practices and standards

Qualifications
